Caesar Salad Recipe

A tasty new twist on an old favorite… As you can see, there is no egg in this one, but its got plenty of zing!  Thanks to Ann M. for this one.

 
bullet1 large clove garlic, minced
bullet2 T. fresh lemon juice
bullet1 T. Worcestershire sauce
bullet1 t. Dijon mustard
bullet3 T. sour cream
bullet1/4 t. ground pepper
bullet1/2 c. olive oil
bullet1/3 c. parmesan cheese
bulletRomaine lettuce
bulletCroutons
bulletRed onion slices

 


Stir together garlic, lemon, Worcestershire, mustard, sour cream and pepper.  Whisk in oil.  Stir in parmesan cheese.  Add dressing to lettuce, croutons and red onion.  Toss well.
